Villa El León Blanco is located in a prime position in the exclusive residential area of Monte León – Lion Mountain. The two villas have all the facilities you will need to ensure a wonderful and unforgettable holiday.
The magnificent setting enjoys 270 degree views overlooking the coast and sea of South Gran Canaria. In the distance can be seen Meloneras as well as Maspalomas and the world famous Maspalomas Dunes.
The main building consists of two attached villas, each with independent entrances as well as their own terraces. The Grand Villa is oriented south-east and the Minor Villa to the south-west.
The Grand Villa has 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. It can accommodate up to 8 persons.
The Minor Villa has 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. It can accommodate up to 4 persons.
The villas are available to rent individually or (by special arrangement) together.
Both villas enjoy free access to the large beautifully maintained gardens as well as the swimming pool – the communal areas.

Two luxury villas
The estate consists of two villas: a smaller one (2 bedrooms) and a larger one (4 bedrooms).
Both houses are equipped with all necessary facilities.
The garden and swimming pool are shared with the other villa.
Villa Monte León consists of two attached villas: The Grand Villa with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The Minor Villa with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Both villas are comprehensively equipped with everything necessary.
The villas share full access to the grounds, parking, gardens and the large swimming pool.
The property can also be rented entirely and offers space for twelve adults in its entirety.
By special arrangement both villas can be rented together for families or groups of up to 12 people. Please telephone for details.
The area
Monte León
Monte León is a unique and residential location in the south of the island.
Monte León is placed 400 meters above the sea level and is a place of absolute calm and peace. Palmitos Park with exotic birds is nearby.
The airport is within a 26 kilometer distance and the travel time is an estimated 35 minutes. It is recommended to rent a car.
Montaña la Data is also close by, here you can find a mini-market for smaller purchases and groceries. El Tablero and San Fernando have supermarkets, shops, restaurants, etc. The beach is only a 15-minute drive.
